This isn't a programme where you watch videos and hope something shifts. Here's how it tends to go:
Week 1 — You get access to everything, fill out your intake form, and receive your personalised action plan from me. You know exactly where to start. No one else gets your plan. It's built around your specific situation.
Week 2-3 — You're working through the Knowledge and Care stages. Things start to make sense. You begin to see your symptoms differently.
Week 4-5 — You're on the live calls, asking questions, applying the work. This is where it starts to feel real.
Week 6 — I'll check in with you personally to see how things are going and talk about what makes sense as a next step for you.
